How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. This email includes a tracking number and a link so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active after shipment. If you need assistance at any point, our team is here to ensure your Phat & Phly experience is seamless from checkout to delivery.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition to qualify. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you provide International delivery?

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.
